PANAMA CITY, Fla. (Feb 12, 2026) — Naval Support Activity Panama City held a change of command ceremony where Capt. Michael Mosi was relieved by Cmdr. Tristain Oliveria as commanding officer. The ceremony marked the formal transfer of authority and responsibility for the installation, honoring Mosi’s leadership and welcoming Oliveria as he assumes command of NSA Panama City.
