U.S. Army Col. Clint Tisserand and Command Sgt. Maj. Michael Eilers, Commander and Command Sgt. Maj. of the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, receive a thank you gift from their ROK Army counterparts during a transfer of authority ceremony on Camp Casey, South Korea, Feb. 12, 2026. As part of the Korea Rotational Force, the brigade deploys from the United States on a scheduled rotation to reinforce combined readiness with the Republic of Korea Army, strengthening deterrence and ensuring the alliance remains ready to fight tonight.
