Jeff Budis, Air Forces Southern operations directorate, chief of exercises and airshows performs a post flight inspection on an HH-60W Jolly Green II at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, following a successful rescue mission, Feb. 6, 2026. An HH-60W pilot with over 2,000 flight hours, Budis was asked to integrate with the 55th Rescue Squadron for an emergent rescue mission 340 nautical miles off the coast of Mexico.
