A U.S. KC-130J assigned to Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 153, Marine Aircraft Group 24, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, drops a heavy pallet in an aerial delivery during a deployment for training (DFT) at Fort Wolters, Texas, Feb. 5, 2026. The DFT accomplished unit level training objectives away from home station for both flight crew and maintenance and enhanced interoperability in a simulated contested environment.
