    JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM – Sailors are debriefed on lifesaving skills during Tactical Combat Casualty Care Tier 3 (TCCC Tier 3) training at the Aloha Chapel on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Feb. 9, 2026.
