On Feb. 6, 2026, Fort George G. Meade Garrison Commander Col. Yolanda Gore and Command Sgt. Maj. Richard Moore, as well as staff members from Army Housing, Corvias and the Directorate of Emergency Services, assembled at Starbucks for The Real Talk. This event is an opportunity for Fort Meade service members, families and employees to share feedback on Garrison Services, ask questions about upcoming installation projects and offer suggestions on how to make Fort Meade a better place to live and work. Concerns raised by attendees were the length of guest passes and snow removal.
