(Dr.) Richard Townley, cornea and refractive surgeon from the 59th Medical Wing at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, performs cataract surgery on a patient June 5, 2013, at the Southern Regional Hospital in Dangriga, Belize.
