U.S. Air Force General Dan Caine, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and U.S. Marine Corps Gen. Francis L. Donovan, the Commanding General of U.S. Southern Command, take part in an Assumption of Command ceremony in the Pentagon, Feb. 5, 2026.
