Michael Walters, a cavalry scout and instructor at the 3rd Noncommissioned Officer Academy, 154th Regiment (Regional Training Institute), conducts the Army Fitness Test during the 2026 Regiment Best Warrior Competition at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center, Mississippi, Feb. 3, 2026.
