Two U.S. Air Force F-35A Lightning II aircraft assigned to the 493rd Fighter Squadron conducted landings during Exercise Point Blank at RAF Lakenheath, England, Jan. 27, 2026. The squadron trained to ensure the Liberty Wing delivered unique air combat capabilities when called upon by U.S. Air Forces in Europe–Air Forces Africa.
