U.S. Air Force Col. Christopher Robinson, 81st Training Wing commander, presents a certificate to Tech. Sgt. Adrienne Ingram, 81st Training Support Squadron military training leader, during the Warrior of the Week presentation at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, Dec. 10, 2025. Ingram overhauled the military training leader standard and evaluation program. She refined inspection processes across six squadrons, aligned 131 evaluation criteria with higher headquarters priorities and fixed 12 training gaps, freeing 40 man-hours a month to further develop 29,000 Airmen yearly.
