Ryan McCarthy, construction man assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, installs a door frame in Holl Holl, Djibouti, June 16. Seabees from NMCB 74 are replacing doors at a school as part of a civic affairs project. The Gulfport, Miss., based Seabees are currently on a six month deployment to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
