Matthew Billington, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division electrical engineer, helps fifth-grade girls from the Santa Rosa Technology Magnet School try on a military radio headset during a tour of the Electronic Warfare Division at NAWCWD Point Mugu, June 6. The students are using military radios to transmit their voices over an RF hardware-in-the-loop coaxial network to visualize how their voices appear on a frequency modulated signal with a spectrum analyzer.
