NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY NAPLES, Italy (January 23, 2026) Italian high school students from Liceo Matilde Serao in Pomigliano d'Arco, Naples, Italy, tour U.S. Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, Italy, Jan. 23, 2026. The tour, which included the chapel, gym, library, fire department, air terminal, and food court gave the Italian students an opportunity to learn about base operations and gain cultural insights from U.S. Navy personnel. NSA Naples is an operational base, home to over 50 commands and 8,500 personnel, providing crucial support for U.S. and allied forces across Europe, Africa, and the Central Command's areas of responsibility. From air and port operations to force protection and logistics, the base ensures combat readiness while prioritizing the well-being of service members and their families.
