A young male volunteer wearing a 'Samaritan's Purse' orange t-shirt is using a shovel or pry bar to clear debris, including bricks and rubble, at what appears to be a disaster relief site. The scene shows significant structural destruction in a residential area, with other volunteers visible in the background. The setting is consistent with post-tornado or storm disaster cleanup operations.
