VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Jan. 27, 2026) – Capt. Fiona Halbritter, assigned to Carrier Strike Group 4, speaks during the main planning conference for the International Naval Review (INR) 250 hosted by U.S. Fleet Forces Command and U.S. 2nd Fleet at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Va., Jan. 27, 2026. INR 250 will be hosted in the Port of New York and New Jersey from July 3-8, gathering ships, aircraft, and personnel from over 130 invited navies and coast guards. This historic gathering will also feature more than 30 tall ships from around the globe alongside key maritime partners, including the U.S. Merchant Marine, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
