U.S. Army Pvt. 1st Class Artery, assigned to the 501st Military Intelligence Brigade, provides medical aid to a patient simulator during the tactical combat care medical lanes as part of the Top Intelligence (TOPINT) competition on Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, Jan. 25, 2026. TOPINT brings together the best Soldiers from across the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Corps. Competitors are evaluated on their individual and collective ability to adapt to and overcome challenging scenarios and battle-focused events that test their technical and tactical abilities under stress and extreme fatigue.
