U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Nigel Palmer, a team leader with 3rd Littoral Combat Team, 3rd Marine Littoral Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, observes simulated targets with a Mark 22 precision sniper rifle during a live-fire range at Pohakuloa Training Area, Hawaii, Jan. 19, 2026.
