James McCormack, with the 213th Regional Support Group and a Watsontown, Pa. native and Sgt 1st Class Angelo Tartaglia, detachment Sgt., Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment of the 213th R SG and an Allentown, Pa. native, discuss the layout of infrastructure such as latrines, shower trailers and dumpsters at Forward Operating Base Custer, S.D., June 2. The 213th RSG leadership arrived early to determine infrastructure layout in order to support the nearly 800 soldiers that will occupy the FOB during the Golden Coyote exercise.
