Medal of Honor recipient, former U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman Second Class and now retired U.S. Army National Guard Col. Donald E. Ballard attends a meet-and-greet at Branch Health Clinic Kaneohe Bay, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), Jan. 16, 2026.
