Alena Ransom, an intelligence analyst, assigned to Signal Intelligence and Sustainment Company, on behalf of Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion (HHBN) during the HHBN Non Commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony on Fort Carson, Colorado, Jan. 15, 2026. The tradition of gifting senior NCO's during an NCO Induction Ceremony was established in the 1800’s.
