    7th Army Training Command

U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Terry R. Tillis, Commander of the 7th Army Training Command (7ATC), represents the U.S. Army and 7ATC during the Saint Sebastian Holiday in Grafenwoehr, Germany, Jan. 20, 2026. Since 1731, the Saint Sebastian celebration in Grafenwoehr has been linked to the plague and Saint Sebastian, who is said to have freed the town from the plague. The holiday is celebrated every year on January 20th with a procession, church service and subsequent festivities. Unique to Grafenwoehr are the "Sebastian Arrows", a yeast pastry that is baked by the Grafenwoehr vocational school and handed out after the church service. (U.S. Army photo by Spc. Thomas Dixon)
