YOKOSUKA, Japan (January 13, 2026) - Master Chief Boatswain's Mate Jeffrey Brooks, assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), awards 2025 CFAY Captain's Cup winner of the Women's Division 2nd Place trophy in the installation's Kurofune Lounge at the Officers' Club. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
