Army National Guardsmen assigned to the Tennessee ARNG's Forward Medical Support Element Platoon (MEDEVAC) General Support Aviation Battalion, headquarted in Knoxville, Tennessee, conduct MEDEVAC operations with a UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter with flight paramedics on board during a culminating training exercise at Fort Hood, Texas, Jan. 13, 2026.
