Virginia National Guard senior leaders, staff and support personnel conduct a final walkthrough of the Virginia State Capitol grounds Jan. 16, 2026, in Richmond, Virginia, ahead of the inauguration of Gov.-elect Abigail Spanberger as Virginia’s 75th governor, slated for Jan. 17, 2026.
