U.S. Army Col. Margaret “Meg” Bielenberg, outgoing commander of the 198th Regional Support Group, (RSG) addresses the brigade for the last time as brigade commander during a change of command ceremony for the 198th RSG at Papago Park Military Reservation in Phoenix, January 10, 2026.
The 198th RSG acts as the headquarters for the 158th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion (CSSB), 153rd CSSB and subordinate companies and detachments that include finance, maintenance, medical, Army band, and signal.
