YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan. 6, 2026) – Capt. Jon Hopkins, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, speaks with Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) Rear Adm. Takuo Kobayashi, Commander, Escort Flotilla One, during the Yokosuka Joint New Year’s Celebration at the Yokosuka Arena.
