U.S. Marine Corps recruiters with 8th Marine Corps District (8MCD) tour the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas on Jan. 6, 2026. The staff provided the Marines with extensive knowledge of the history of the Alamo during a tour of the grounds during the 10-26 Pipehitters event. This event is conducted to recognize and celebrate the outstanding recruiters of 8MCD that have been carefully selected by their leaders.
