U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. Jeremiah T. Isham, an operation chief with Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 3, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, is redesignated to First Sergeant during a ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, Jan. 5, 2026. Isham was selected for redesignation through the USMC E-8 Redesignation Application Pilot, an initiative that improves the selection of senior enlisted leaders and provides them with greater career control in alignment with the Marine Corps' Talent Management goals.
