Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Michael D. Stevens praises Yeoman 3rd Class Travis Martin after an all-hands call at Tinker Air Force Base. Martin pulled two people from a flooded and overturned vehicle May 31 during severe weather near Moore, Okla. Stevens spent the day visiting with sailors and their families living in or near Moore.
