U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Humberto Elizondo, an engineer equipment operator with 3rd Maintenance Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, operates a Tractor, Rubber-Tired, Articulated, Multi-Purpose 624KR during a retrograde at Naha Port Facility, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 22, 2025.
