Michael Biggs surfaces from a scuba dive off the shore of Titlow Beach, Wash., May 29, 2013. Biggs is an Army veteran who was injured during a deployment to Afghanistan and is now an instructor with Scuba Warriors, a series of free scuba classes offered to wounded warriors and special operations forces that have deployed at least once.
