Fuels operators with the 23rd Logistics Readiness Squadron, 23rd Wing, Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, refuel an HH-60M assigned to the the Alabama Army National Guard, Det 2, Charlie Company, 111th General Support Aviation Battalion, 29th Combat Aviation Brigade, 29th Infantry Division during joint exercise Gallant Tower at Gadsden, Alabama, Sept. 5, 2025. During the exercise, Air Force and Army members conducted a ground Forward Arming and Refueling Point, the Alabama Army National Guard’s first with an Air Combat Command aircraft, giving teams vital reps under realistic conditions and strengthening joint capability for contested environments.
