U.S. Airmen sweep a staircase as part of a joint combat simulation supporting Exercise FISGA RAIN 2025 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Dec. 11, 2026. During the simulation, participants were broken into fire teams and tasked with retrieving a package amid a simulated firefight, testing their ability to communicate and integrate with joint partners. FISGA RAIN is a joint exercise designed to assess and improve the ability to maintain communication networks in a contested environment while emphasizing adaptability, survivability, and interoperability with joint partners.
