The USACE South Atlantic Division had the opportunity to honor Cornelius W. (Neil) Purcell as he was added to the Gallery of Distinguished Civilians in a ceremony on August 20. Neil served the Corps of Engineers for over 33 years, 18 of which he was the Division Council for SAD, before retiring in 2024.
