U.S. Sailors on an MH-60S Seahawk assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 25, extract a simulated casualty from an U.S. Coast Guard 45-foot Response Boat-Medium in the Philippine Sea during Exercise FISGA RAIN 2025 Dec. 10, 2025. Airmen with the 644th Combat Communications Squadron coordinated with sailors from the HSC-25 “Island Knights” to simulate an aeromedical evacuation. FISGA RAIN helps test improve the joint force’s ability to communicate in a contested environment, emphasizing adaptability and interoperability between services.
