NAWCWD electronics technician Isaac Graham operates a portable laser designator during a test at the Laser Instrumentation and Designation test facility at China Lake. Graham is a Marine Reservist who works for Weapons Division when not fulfilling his Marine responsibilities. Graham has the unique opportunity to develop equipment as a civil servant that impacts his mission while serving as a Marine in combat. “The lasers and laser guided weapons systems I test and evaluate today could be the very thing that saves my life one day,” Graham said.
