Col. Randy L. Lutz II, outgoing commander of the Eastern Army National Guard Aviation Training Site (EAATS), relinquishes command of the unit to Lt. Col. Christopher B. Bowers, the incoming commander, during a change of command ceremony Dec. 19, 2025. Pennsylvania National Guard Assistant Adjutant General-Army, Brig. Gen. Francis R. Montgomery, serves as the presiding officer for the ceremony, conducted in the Army Maintenance Instruction Building on Fort Indiantown Gap’s EAATS campus.
