Contestants of Air Force Special Operations Command’s 2025 Service Member of the Year competition, compete in a three-mile ruck at Hurlburt Field, Florida, Dec. 16, 2025. The Airmen completed several components of the operator fitness test, which evaluates their strength, endurance and resilience under physically and mentally demanding conditions.
