U.S. Air Force Col. Chris Robinson, 81st Training Wing commander, reviews military training leader administration duties with Tech. Sgt. Johnathan Bigham, 338th Training Squadron military training leader, at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, Dec. 15, 2025. Leadership from the 81st TRW participated in the MTL-for-a-day program in order to become more familiar with the operations and challenges faced by MTLs. MTLs ensure students maintain personal and professional appearance and fitness standards as well as complying with directives/orders.
