Maj. Siwen Cremean assists Sgt. Alexis Zavatkay during the check-in process of an Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) muster at Camp Pendleton, California, Dec. 14, 2025. Zavatkay is a Marine in the IRR and Cremean is a readiness support program operations officer with Marine Corps Individual Reserve Support Activity (MCIRSA), Force Headquarters Group, Marine Forces Reserve.
