U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 11, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, operate a processing station during a simulated evacuation control center exercise on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Dec. 11, 2025. The ECC serves as a centralized hub to receive, screen, track and coordinate the movement of evacuees during noncombatant evacuation operations.
