U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 11, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, operate a processing station during a simulated evacuation control center exercise on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Dec. 11, 2025. The ECC serves as a centralized hub to receive, screen, track and coordinate the movement of evacuees during noncombatant evacuation operations. The 11th MEU is currently underway aboard the Boxer Amphibious Ready Group in the U.S. 3rd Fleet area of operations conducting integrated training that enhances lethality and warfighting readiness.
