It was an incredible day at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, as we welcomed the 39th Commandant of the Marine Corps, General Eric M. Smith.
General Smith spent the day engaging directly with our Marines—answering questions, sharing insight on the road ahead, and reinforcing the values that define our Corps. He also took time to recognize several Marines for their exceptional performance, dedication, and unwavering support of the mission.
Nothing beats having the Commandant on deck to personally remind us what “Semper Fidelis” truly means.
