A group of civilians are manually pushing what appears to be a full-scale tan/sand-colored tank mock-up or prop across a desert terrain facility. The vehicle resembles a Soviet-style tank (possibly T-72 or similar) but appears to be a lightweight replica or training aid based on the ease with which people are pushing it. The setting appears to be a military test or training facility in an arid desert environment.

Engineers push a tank target onto the runway during a systems check at Condron Army Airfield on White Sands Missile Range. The tank is made of the same plastic board used for political campaign signs, and fitted with metal strips and heaters to make it appear like a real tank on various sensors.
