U.S. Army and International paratroopers, execute airborne jumps from a C-27 during the Randy Oler Operation Toy Drop at Camp Mackall, N.C., Dec. 11, 2025. Operation Toy Drop provided a platform for allied forces to train together in a complex airborne environment. OTD is an annual event, hosted by United States Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (USACAPOC (A)), in which service members have the opportunity to help kids in need of toys during the holiday season and earn foreign partner-nation wings.
