A U.S. Army paratrooper pulls a riser to control his descent during an airborne jump for the Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop at Camp Mackall, N.C., Dec. 11, 2025. The annual operation paired airborne training with a mission to deliver donated toys to children in need. OTD is an annual event, hosted by United States Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (USACAPOC (A)), in which service members have the opportunity to help kids in need of toys during the holiday season and earn foreign partner-nation wings.
