U.S. Marine Corps Pfc. Kaitlin Johnson, a company clerk with Headquarters and Support Company, Marine Barracks Washington, reads to children at Shirley Chisholm Elementary School as part of a book donation and reading event on Dec. 15, 2025. The Center House Association made the event possible by supplying grade‑appropriate books for students across all levels.
