Mika Yamada massages U.S. Navy Capt. Catherine M. MacDonald’s hand and arm during a caregiver occupational stress control fair May 23 at U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa on Camp Foster. Free hand massages, yoga lessons and sumo wrestling were the main events during the fair along with materials describing the effects of stress and proper stress management.
