Brandon Pierce, commanding officer, Unmanned Patrol Squadron (VUP) 11, departs following the establishment and assumption of command ceremony at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Nov. 13, 2025. The mission of VUP-11 is to employ the MQ-4C Triton unmanned aerial system to provide persistent intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), distributing valuable and time-critical intelligence to Combatant and Fleet Commanders.
