A cutter boat-aids to navigation-large crew assigned to USCGC Juniper (WLB 201) ties off to a buoy so Coast Guard divers assigned to Coast Guard Regional Dive Locker Pacific can conduct an assessment of the buoy anchor chain assembly in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, Dec. 10, 2025.
